Wetsuit jacket
A 5mm neoprene jacket complete with hood. The hood should only be worn in very cold water temperatures.
Wetsuit salopette
A 5mm neoprene overall.
Canyoning wetsuits are "wetsuits." This means they don't prevent water from entering, but simply retain body heat.
Socks
5mm neoprene socks to be worn like socks inside the shoe.
The socks should be worn under the overalls so that water entering from the upper parts can drain away and exit at the ankles.
Helmet
Helmet approved for sports activities. The helmet must be put on at the beginning of the excursion and not removed until the end.
Harness
The canyoning harness is equipped with a "coulotte" that serves to protect both the wetsuit and the back of the harness's leg loops from abrasion by rocks during water slides.
Figure eight descender
Used for rappelling. It connects to the harness with a "locking" carabiner. The locking screw is located on the carabiner's gate and serves to prevent it from opening during the descent.
